View by Haysden Lake. Out walking with my mum on a windy day. I hadnโt painted with the grey tones before, but this view lends itself very well to the subject. I am still quite new Acrylics so i am just trying to find simple but effect views to experiment with.
Acrylic painting of a deer from visit I made to Knole park in Sevenoaks Kent. The contrasts between the light and shadows really caught my eye when i took the reference photo. Thought it would make for an interesting picture.
I Hope you all liked them, and there will be more to come. I prefer keeping each series short like this. Small manageable goals makes the world go round ๐ ..I made that up. Happy painting ๐๐

Yes! Finished it today. I am very pleased with it. Again feel free to use the photograph I posted of this scene yesterday to create your own version. Please share it with me if you do, I would love to see what you all come up with! This is the first of a Sketch book series that Iโm doing. I am using a mixture of water soluble and regular graphite sketch pencils. Please feel free to leave comments or questions. Let me know what you think! ๐
If you love nature then look no further. And if you live nearby and you love trees then you definitely visit this place. I enjoy walking around here, taking pictures for inspiration. I have recently been getting into sketching the last few weeks as well. So I thought I would post this scene that I took from the bridge looking over the lake just so you get a glimpse of what it looks like on a sunny day. I am currently still working on it but I will be posting my sketch based on this scene soon. If you like this scene and it inspires you to paint or draw something then please feel free to use the imageโฆHappy painting! ๐
Say hello to my lovely mountain friend!! ๐ This was a gift for mother for Christmas last year. Painted on a 8 x 10 inch canvas board…She cried. And so…my work was done.
